Living Everyday - Day 15 # Emotional Wellness

Emotion is determined by motion / action
Every day you got to have time for yourself (10 Mins)
3 Minutes of gratitude (Health, Focus, and Hard work)
Take control of environment else environment will control you
What excites me is seeing a person die with a smile in the face - Mother Teresa
Life is constant growth, Train your mind and body
You should be happy most of the time if not all of the time
Take time to disappear by doing things you like to do, Leave a little sparkle wherever you go
