Emotional Wellness - Day #13 - Understanding yourself

For a Deeper level of understanding of self, We need to know more about ourself, see ourself with all the good and bad about us.

  • Emotion - Accept the state
  • Observation - Journal your thoughts, Write down your state of mind
  • Action - Accept kindness, forgiveness in life, Focus on constructive activity
  • Result - Continue / Repeat Observation / Action until you get your results
