The Art of Learning the mind


Mind like Deep Learning builds its memories, emotions based on its experiences. The memories turn into the mood, temperament depending on the duration of the life of emotions. A strong trauma or failure prepares a long memory that remains in us and makes us continue living in the memories.

To break the habit depends on understanding the network of thoughts and breaking the thoughts by applying the right activation functions. Gradually we also need to alter the inputs and the weight (thought) factor to change the output.

To break the network we need to apply the reverse psychology thought, Do something that creates opposite reaction. Our brain is just a collection of events, perspectives, and thoughts.

Feeding the brain with knowledge, making it think is more important than judging. This is all what people do in meditation. Another way to look at it as the engineering of our brain to understand it to handle things better.
