Certain things in life need to be handled at a personal level to safeguard our emotional and mental health
Do not seek validation from the world - Many times our decisions may conflict with people/relationships around us. We cannot ask for an explanation nor accept people opinions. For whatever decisions you take after clear thoughts, restrict yourself to focus on moving forward. We live for a short time. We cannot wait for people to understand us always
Keep Moving forward - The end maybe tomorrow or today. The unpredictability does also inform us to make use of the remaining time. It's better to plan the rest of the time to make the most out of the remaining time
Resilience - A lot of mental strength comes from solitude, learning and maintaining private space for yourself. Build the best version of yourself every single day
