Emotional Intelligence can be interpreted in several ways
  • Self-awareness - Our beliefs and values, it's working on growth-oriented mindset 
  • Empathy - Understand your duty vs choice in managing parents and relationships
  • Communication - Effective / Frequent communication, Willing to work on finding meaningful solution matters
  • Face the truth - Accept the consequences of decisions rather than blaming anyone. Sometimes we end up in wrong situations for our choice of people/ kindness/empathy. Playing with people emotion is a hard game. The more you play the worse it will end
  • Regret and Move on - A period of regret/retrospection is important to understand failures and learn from it
  • Connect with the right people - Connect with people with similar values/ mindset/perspective, We live for a limited circle. Having the right relationship will help us do well in our life.
  • Never Ending Struggle - Balancing between health, having a good lifestyle, living life vs winning battles, Enjoying the moment with the best of what we can do, Leaving the past to grave, Planting the seeds of peace and happiness for future, Watering it and be patient for a beautiful present and future
