The unexpected trail of events

Every trip offers something to remember. This Monday had such a trip. I started off by midnight. Took a route which one of my rental drivers took few months back. Ended up going 30 km against the expected route. This was mistake. My assumption was there are multiple routes and finally everything will converge. After driving for an hour, Ended up Flat tyre. Spent couple of hours 1.30 AM to 3AM on road waiting for assistance. Again started back driving 4AM and reached in morning 7.30AM. The drive made me tired, sleepy, exhausted and couldn't drive well in the morning traffic. Ended up going straight to work and then after 12 hours went back to sleep to compensate for all the missed sleep.

Initial plan was to reach early, sleep sometime and start for work. Ended up sleepless for 36 hours. What we plan is one part, what actually happens is another story. Good thing was there was a small little puppy on the place where I had to wait for assistance. Driving late has its own challenges. Although it was highway you have to spend time middle of nowhere to wait for assistance. When you are helpless and things go against your plan you need to be patient and think to make it work. I am not sure over speed, wrong route what options led it to this incident but again it also gives the possibilities of what things go wrong in a planned trip.

In the end its an experience to remember. Every time when I pass through the place I will remember it.
