Mental Health - Anger, Depression and Negative Thoughts

Rule #1. Never compare your life with others

Rule #2. The best revenge for insult, pain is to live well and inspire them in return to look upon us

Rule #3. Never argue too much with parents. When in anger we talk utterly nonsense things and throw tantrums. This leads from anger to frustration and depression

Rule #4. Never get comfortable and feel sympathy for yourself. Own your mistakes and be your boss

Rule #5. Take risks. Work on emergency mode. If this is my final piece of work/project. Never get into comparing mindset. It doesn't help improve productivity or focus.
