This is an interesting observation I remembered, I have been here in my current company past 9 years
2011 - Traffic time 45 mins one way
2020 - Traffic time 90 mins one way
Time to start another journey, To reset my working clock time :)
You should work with positivity/optimism and empathy to connect, learn and understand people. You are not judged by the time you spend in the office. Your ability to connect, execute a common shared vision, influence positivity, make it a place for humor and optimism will help it take it a long way.

- 2015 - Average 13 hours (8.30- 4.30)
- 2016 - Average 13 hours (8.30- 4.30)
- 2017 - Average 13 hours (8.30- 4.30)
- 2018 - Average 7 hours (8.30- 4.30)
- 2019 - Average 6 hours (8.30- 4.30) + 180 Mins Commute
- 2020 - Average 6 hours (Quick Ride + Work from Home Evening Options) + 180 Mins Commute
