Connecting People Vs Managing Expectations

I often get frustrated dealing with people close to us but not able to find a solution that works for both. Be it with parents / siblings / friends. There is always a line of difference but again the level of conversation and finding a trade-off balance never works out.

Every relationship involves a certain amount of expectation/ control/emotion involved. In other words, this is also manipulation in terms of parents expectation from children, relationship expectation from partners, Sibling level agreements/differences.

On top of it challenges in life as we grow old. Being single seems far better option than the complex web of relationship
