I’m leaving my job at the end of the month. It’s not anything to do with the job. I just can’t do it anymore.
I’m also leaving the tech industry at the end of the month.

- Until the pandemic struck the recommendations of the virtual meeting was never encouraged
- The debate of what you did always makes me feel 'Why to ask, Whatever happens, you can't do anything'
- The back to the back discussion 'I did it, You did it' Those were not constructive at all
- Finally, I reached a state 'Whatever you listen, They will do what they want'
- We have come a long way personally 'I have lost motivation to be a participant / nor a member'
- I have no intent to pinpoint or call out anyone mistakes

- When you are smart you focus on improving, not proving - Double up on your strengths when you improve on your weakness. Keep Learning
- Manage your emotions well - Maturity is parting with a smile - Smile is the best to answer for people who annoy you
- Maximize your time - Work on your primary goals, secondary goals, future goals. Time is short. Keep everything and have a distributed setup both in thoughts and mind
- Be proactive - Keep yourself multiskilled in your ideas, thoughts, learnings. It's ok we may not know everything but still, we can keep learning.

- Many libraries I could have put as simple git packages for others to use
- I could write better blog posts and be more verbose to explain the context
- Explain more, be good at presentations, I look for content, not for beauty but beauty adds more value in the presentation
- Focus on tech demo vs color of fonts in the output
- Streamlit demo vs console demo vs web app demo
- Have been more of a data guy, UX I don't do a great job, Having good UX development skills helps to present better output
- Instead of learning 10 things, Pick three things and master them in long term
- Improve wherever possible, In other cases see what best can complement your skills

My Share market lessons
- Do not put all eggs in one basket - Diversify invest so that the risk of loss is minimal
- Initial 3~4 years it will be a failure, I wasn't able to pick or make any money except loss initially, Only during covid I invested back again taking those risks
- Invest in regular intervals, There are multiple patterns people look at it. Sector, performance, and gut feel of how well it may perform is my approach
- During covid when people were cashing on reliance huge surge, I was like oh god I am a loser? Making money is no big deal once u start thinking about where to invest
- Slow and steady investment, pick and chose shares, learn more on the go
- Loss is inevitable, you cannot master it, Play for long term
- Slowly raise investment capital, Make sure you learn your lessons failures. Look at all recommendations and pick the one that works best for you
- Pick small caps, not huge prices, it's okay to play with small stocks, low risk, and diversified investments
- Learn more, more than money health and mental peace matters, Be aware your stocks can fall, Invest wisely and in different sectors/domains
Learn how to pick the right study materials, How to reduce time waste, Learn to earn, Learn to save, Learn to Spend!!!

The Epidemics in System
- People who do business without bills and not paying commercial taxes but talk about morality and ethics
- Isolating their community for their political benefits
- Playing caste cards
- Adopting one rule for everyone without respecting local culture and situation
- Price of procurement of paddy vs rice. Stark difference and whopping middle man profits
- Passing the blatant beliefs - cannot question religion
- Do not promote rational thinking, equality, secularism
- Instead of competing for quality education, affordable healthcare we fight for weapons, temples
- Lack of empathy for environment, Lack of empathy for fellow humans
- United by the same blood, DNA but divided by money, status, caste, class

Diya - The unborn child movie
Karma is Fatal and Final
Diya movie is a 'Cult' one in my perspective. It speaks a lot about the wishes/life of an aborted child. Story narration is very gripping, painful. The child 5 years comes up silently and her silence reflects the unspoken pain of an aborted child.
We reap what we sow. Live with fewer regrets.
Crime against women
Crime against women comes from a lot of perspectives, Why it happens? Its not just one reason to nail down.
- Reflecting poor value system
- Incomplete moral education
- Treat women outside your women as objects
- Double standards of movies to promote women as sexual objects
- The gap between worshipping women in the temple vs strip them when getting the opportunity
- The top 10 websites visited included porn sites, Facebook, TikTok - This seems to reflect the needs of a generation
- Open discussion about sex education, morality, and values
What you sow, so you reap. This will come and affect only your generations. You can get away from Law but you will witness the same reflecting in your roots and generations. Karma is Fatal and Final.

- Education is the ability to memorize and re-represent
- Knowledge is remembering formula, pictures, answering 10 marks, 5 marks, MCQ
- Marks represent Intelligence
My Perspective at 30
- You have to relearn to stay relevant in the job
- Every day things change, you need to learn with passion or do something that you like to do
- Education does not matter ability to apply/connect/explain matters more
My perspective now nearing 40 in few years
- It is ok to say you don’t know everything, Call out what you know how you would do it
- Everything you learn will help you at some point in time
- Average scores, able to learn as and when needed is good enough. Career, Life is a marathon, You just need to be better than your own past records
