My Perspective at 20

•  Education is the ability to memorize and re-represent
• Knowledge is remembering formula, pictures, answering 10 marks, 5 marks, MCQ
• Marks represent Intelligence

My Perspective at 30

• You have to relearn to stay relevant in the job
• Every day things change, you need to learn with passion or do something that you like to do
• Education does not matter ability to apply/connect/explain matters more

My perspective now nearing 40 in few years

• It is ok to say you don’t know everything, Call out what you know how you would do it
• Everything you learn will help you at some point in time
• Average scores, able to learn as and when needed is good enough. Career, Life is a marathon, You just need to be better than your own past records
