To take a moment and look back and feel happy for lesson / blessing / happy memories life has given till date. Life never stops teaching you values of perseverance / resilience / trust and honesty. From humble beginning to a daily learning cycle that nurtures your heart, feeds your soul.
Some long days at work, Sleepless nights for exams, Deploying code in production, Coding for prototypes. As I aged I struggled to remain focused. This habit I continuously followed because very late in life I recognized connect all the dots to make learning more effective and meaningful.

Decisions for Life
The toughest point in life is taking a decision that does not hurt the ones who are close to us. We cannot take decision that works for everyone, Some decisions may hurt lifetime relationships, Some may heal, some may never heal. The understanding, acceptance, empathy does not work when it comes to certain hard stands with respect to opinions / perceptions / judgement.
We all have limited perceptions / understanding of extreme situations in life. It reminds me of different seasons of life. Sometimes people leave us with memories / regrets / happiness / sadness. Its a limited time we live in this world. Building a discipline that helps us to stay focused and motivated is important.
I have to step back and start re-building some of the pillars for a better decisive future. Balancing personal / professional / aging everything is time boxed.
Staying motivated and accommodating loved ones who don't understand us is the hardest part of life.

In the middle of nowhere
Learning plus career growth both need to happen simultaneously. When there is learning without growth it does limit our interests to experiment things. It has been a constant battle to keep learning and updated with areas of interests.

Oh Life, Lets partner and work well coming days
I was curious to goto school at 2 years, Only to get bored with the education and methodology.
I was happy to look back with the way my mom evaluated me to identify I had zero interest and was not understanding anything!
At 8 years, I got a good teacher who helped me get back to studies
Learning continued to run behind marks, Only to memorize and repeat it
After my 10th I wanted to get into Engineering inspired by my Neighbor
The marathon changed from learning to presenting well to get high scores
My best subject I did well was Chemistry because I had a passionate teacher
Maths and Physics were also good but not as interesting as chemistry
It was too late to realise I learnt without connecting the dots
Passion of parents into IIT or Big colleges went vanished
Engineering was more to do with same approach without connecting dots
Years Passed only to understand industry and education don't match
Getting started with career of Windows Testing
Programming was theoritical than practical
Jumped, Hopped, Learnt, went back and studied again
Again came back to do Masters in 30's with the dream of IIT tag
Took 15 years to understand a lot to code, A lot to learn...
In all this learning also lost time in giving time for meaningless relationships
A quest for learning that taught me 'Miles to go before I sleep'
Keep correcting my mistakes and keep moving ahead....
