  • Be open to expressing if you feel hurt
  • Provide alternatives to close the thread
  • Do not pinpoint past
  • Look to avoid such situations / Negotiate
  • Provide options / be open-minded to consider it
  • Express Emotions / Receive Emotions / Do not hold it
  • If I have hurt you give me the opportunity to fix it now
  • If I am hurt I request you not to repeat it
  • Wounds do not heal by looking at it
  • Boundaries sometimes need to be called out to live with peace
