Interview chaos

• If you ask a maths teacher a puzzle he would answer with the constraint/formula
• If you ask me about a business problem, I will explain data, process, challenges, and architecture
• Ask questions that best suits the past experience. 

Even if you blog / be #technical on top of things, Still going back to #puzzles or questions on things not relevant to your day-to-day job seems a crazy way to connect assess technical #skills. coding skills are not remembering #writing #syntax #keepworking on big picture
