  • Fast change.
  • Fast return on investment.
  • Radical and dramatic change.
  • Deep and extensive changes feeling the need to redefine the whole process.
  • On the hunt for the one big change that will fix all the problems.

The Japanese model entails:

  • Slow change.
  • Long-term return on investments.
  • Carefully planned out changes.
  • Think the change through carefully.
  • Plan before you implement.
  • Small step changes
